  • You must use our website for lawful purposes only.
  • Content on the website is owned by Lightomated. Copying, redistribution, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

3. Product Information

  • Lightomated provides a standard warranty on Video Wall LED products, covering manufacturing defects only.

    • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
    • Damage due to mishandling or improper installation by third parties
  • Warranty service may include repair, replacement, or spare parts depending on the issue.

8. Returns & Refunds

  • Products once sold are not returnable unless they have a verified manufacturing defect.
  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed only after product inspection.
  • Customized or made to order LED panels are non refundable.

9. Service & Maintenance

  • Regular maintenance is recommended for long life and performance of LED video walls.
  • Any service beyond warranty may be chargeable.
  • Lightomated is not responsible for downtime or loss of business during repairs or inspections.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Lightomated is not liable for:
    • Business losses, profit loss, data loss, or operational downtime
    • Third party installation issues
    • Damages caused by misuse or negligence
  • Total liability of Lightomated is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific product or service.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All designs, content, branding, product images, and technical documentation belong to Lightomated.
  • Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

12. User Responsibilities
