About the Institution
The Indian Institute of Management Bodh Gaya is an autonomous public business school established to uphold the legacy of the IIM ecosystem. Recently inaugurated by the Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the campus represents a blend of academic excellence and modern infrastructure.
At IIM Bodhgaya, technology was expected to enhance teaching outcomes, enable collaboration, and scale seamlessly as academic needs evolved making robust AV Solutions for Education a foundational requirement rather than an add on.
Project Scope
Vallect was appointed as the AV integration partner to design and deploy end to end AV Solutions for Education across the campus. The scope included:
- A 500-seater auditorium designed for lectures, conferences, and events
- Smart classrooms ranging from 45 to 140 pax

In total, AV systems were delivered across 20+ classrooms, multiple meeting spaces, and specialized academic environments, with a focus on performance critical zones such as the auditorium, largest classroom, and executive boardroom.
